In the June issue of the British Medical Journal, they published two articles dealing with ultra-processed food.
In one article, they found that if you eat more than 4 servings of junk food per day, your chances of dying early from anything is 62%, and for each additional serving, your hazard goes up by 18%.
In the other article, they found that by eating ultra-processed food, it increases your chances of heart disease and stroke as well.
